 At Viridi Aurum we pride ourselves on producing the very best premium monovarietal extra vergine olive oil.

The unique Peranzana olives selected for our oil come from trees on our family's small centenary 2.5 hectare grove and were hand picked at the perfect point, pressed with hours of picking and bottled the same day.

Every aspect of this production is designed to ensure we retain the optimum characteristics of this exceptional oil.

The low acidity, along with it's balanced, fresh, full flavour make it a truly unique taste experience.
